Surprise yourself in the largest underwater museum in Mexico

The Underwater Museum of Art (MUSA) is one of the largest in the world and is quite impressive. It is located on the coast of Cancun and has 450 sculptures in an area of 150 square meters where you can appreciate the beauty of the marine world and the best of art at the same time.

It was created in 2009 as part of a project for the recovery of the reefs.

They also have snorkeling tours or the jungle tour. In the second, you can drive your own boat for two passengers through the lagoon and the mangrove.

If you want to dive, they have options for those who are certified and for those who are not. You can choose if you want to leave from Cancun or from Isla Mujeres.

In case you do not have certification, they will give you a theoretical and practical course so that you first become familiar with the diving equipment.

The tours last from 3 to 6 hours, depending on which one you choose and the prices range from 47 to 140 dollars and all have a professional guide.

They mainly have two galleries, one in Manchones and one in Punta Nizac. In addition, the equipment is provided by the same museum.
